Bookings and payments
Payments are completed through Stripe's hosted checkout. Review the program, price, and checkout details before paying. Any specific scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or participation terms presented during booking or communicated for a session also apply.
Parent or guardian responsibility
A parent or legal guardian must arrange participation for a minor, provide accurate information, disclose relevant participation needs directly to the coach through an appropriate channel, and follow the safety and field instructions provided for each session.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or copy website material in a way that infringes applicable rights.
Third-party services
Links to Stripe, Formspree, Google Maps, and social platforms lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Future MVP Soccer Academy does not control those third-party services.
